1. It is strictly forbidden to scratch the ground with sharp objects, sharp objects, and blades during use.

2. Although PVC FLOOR has a certain degree of corrosion resistance, it should be removed in time when corrosive chemicals or medicines splash on the floor to avoid deeper corrosion to the floor;

3. Oil stains and other dirt spilled on the ground should be removed in time. The increase of dirt will reduce the friction of the ground and easily cause damage.

4. Although PVC FLOOR is at the B1 level, it is still necessary to avoid cigarette butts from burning the floor surface coating and prevent the floor from being damaged deeper.

Purpose of cleaning and maintenance

Nursing Precautions

(1) Cleaning and maintenance after the floor is laid/before use

⒈ First remove the dust and sundries on the surface of the PVC FLOOR.

⒉ Use a mopping machine with 3M red abrasive disc or similar products to clean at low speed (diluted with a strong universal cleaner 1:20 and added to the mopping machine) to remove the protective wax, grease, dust, and other dirt on the floor surface. The suction machine sucks the sewage dry.

⒊Wash with water and dry.

⒋Apply 1-2 layers of high-strength surface wax as needed.

(2) Daily cleaning and maintenance

⒈ Push the dust or vacuum the dust. (Put the mop-pulling agent on the mop, and push the dust after drying.)

⒉ Wet drag. (Dilute PVC FLOOR cleaning polish with water at 1:20, and mop the floor with a semi-wet mop.) If necessary, you can also use a floor scrubber with wash & shine for low-speed cleaning.

(3) Regular cleaning and maintenance

⒈ Push the dust or vacuum the dust.

⒉PVC FLOOR cleaning and polishing agent diluted with water at 1:20, mopping the floor or grinding and washing with a high-speed polishing machine and a red abrasive sheet.

⒊ On 1-2 layers of high-strength wax.

⒋ If necessary, it can be polished with a high-speed polishing machine and a white polishing pad.

(4) Thorough renovation

⒈ Push the dust or vacuum the dust.

⒉ Dilute with 1:10 strong dewaxing water and spread it evenly on the ground, wait for 5-10 minutes, then use a floor scrubber to add red grinding discs to clean and remove wax at low speed. Immediately suck up the sewage with a water suction machine.

⒊Wash with clean water and dry until there is no residual detergent left on the ground.

⒋Apply 1-2 layers of high-strength surface wax as needed.

(5) Treatment of special dirt

⒈ Oil stains: For local oil stains, pour the water-based degreaser stock solution directly on the towel to wipe the PVC FLOOR; for large-area oil stains, dilute the Vitex water-based degreaser at 1:10, and use a floor scrubber with a red abrasive disc to clean at low speed.

⒉Black offset printing: use spray cleaning wax to cooperate with the high-speed polishing machine and a white polishing pad to polish. For long-term black offset printing, you can directly pour the strong black offset printing remover on the towel and wipe it.

⒊ Glue or chewing gum: Use a professional strong glue remover to directly pour it on a towel and wipe it off.

Cleaning agent: water-based degreaser, spray cleaning, and maintenance wax, strong black offset remover, strong glue remover.
