2. Decorative layer

The wood floor decorative layer is a printed decorative paper made by computer simulation. Generally, it is printed with wood grain or other patterns imitating precious tree species. The paper is processed from refined wood and cotton pulp. The whiteness is required to be above 90, and the water absorption rate is 25mm/10min, has a certain covering power to cover the color of the dark buffer layer paper and prevent the underlying resin from penetrating the surface. Generally, titanium dioxide paper containing 5%-20% titanium dioxide and a weight of about 100g/m2 is used.

3. Buffer layer

The wood floor buffer layer is to make the decorative layer have a certain thickness and mechanical strength, generally kraft paper, the basis weight is 60-125 g/m2, and the thickness of the paper is between 0.2-0.3mm.

4. Wood-based panel substrate

There are two main substrates for composite laminate flooring, one medium, and high-density fiberboard, and the other is particleboard with a special particle shape. Most of the composite laminate floors sold in the market are based on medium and high-density fiberboard.

5. Balance layer

The bottom layer of the laminate floor is paper that is balanced with the surface decoration layer of the wood floor to make the board symmetrical in structure to avoid deformation, and also play a certain moisture-proof role after installation. Balance paper is a floating or non-floating kraft paper with a certain thickness and mechanical strength. The balance paper is impregnated with phenolic resin, the content is generally more than 80%, and has high moisture-proof and moisture-proof ability.
